The 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Members of Quakers Hill Softball Club will take place during our Presentation Evening on Sunday 19th May 2019, at Blacktown RSL Club, 40 Second Avenue Blacktown NSW 2148 – commencing at approximately 12.00pm.

The business of the meeting shall be:

• To receive the Annual Report for the year.
• To receive and consider the statement of accounts.
• To elect committee members (to take office from the conclusion of the meeting until the next Annual General Meeting)
• To consider such other business as notified in accordance with the Rules or, with the consent of the meeting, as may be raised by members present.

Nominations for the committee must be made in writing, signed and returned to the Secretary via email by Friday 10th May 2019. A nomination form is attached. All position descriptions can be found on the website www.qhpsc.sportingpulse.net under the Governance tab.

Secretary, Treasurer and Registrar positions are two-year positions and not due for voting this AGM. All other Committee positions are declared vacant this year.
